How to Unlock an Encrypted SD Card

Hey folks, I have a Galaxy S4 that is encrypted and password-protected with a 32 GB SD card in it. I dropped the phone and the screen now just shows green and red confetti. I'm not really interested in getting the fixing the phone since I'm almost due for a new one, but I'd like to get the photos off of the memory card. I tried to plug in the SD card into my wife's S4, it recognizes the jpeg file but cannot open it. Is there any way to unlock these jpeg files without the original phone that encrypted it in the first place?
