Please help: recover deleted text messages and contacts

My phone got a lot of spamming messages and calls from unexpected guys. It looks like a mess when launching the messaging and contacts apps. So i use an android manager program to delete those rubbish things. When I finished the task, i found out there were several important contacts and prove messages being deleted wrongly.

well, another mess comes. Is there any way to get them back?
