Problem with installation & updates with google playstore

I have a Hisense Dual sim card hs-u601 cellphone but it doesn't want to install or update on google playstore. How can I fix it?This is what it says when I trying to install or update apps: "WhatsApp Messenger" could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7 itrg-6MIR-4YBUU]). Are there somebody who can help me somehow.
