I got my two new chinese tablets yesterday (Chuwi HiBook Dual OS). On the first tablet it worked flawlessly with windows update to get my language pack, but not so much for the second tablet :(.
I tried to install my language pack via control panel => language.
It says language pack is available for download, but once I click the icon the progress indicator show it is being downloaded but then resets back to "language pack available".
I tried to do the manual installation but the system shows this message (the language cannot be installed on this computer).
Anything else I can try?
