Please can anybody make and upload me a latest Kitkat untouched flashable zip?

Customization: CE1
FW Version 18.3.1.C.1.17
BL Status: Locked
I'm on 18.3.1.C.1.17 deodexed and debloated with NitroX Spark v3 and device performs much worse
Also I want try update to LP by OTA
All this Because
1)I don't have PC
